00:00 Incoming call

Your phone is ringing.
Nobody is picking up.

Voqi answers on the first ring — every call, every hour, in your customer's language. It books the job, qualifies the lead, and puts it in your calendar before your competitor's voicemail finishes playing.

A missed call is not a missed call.
It's a customer who called someone else.

The average small business misses close to a third of its inbound calls — and 8 in 10 callers who reach voicemail never leave a message. They just dial the next result.

The line is already busy

Your one person on the desk is mid-conversation, mid-invoice or mid-treatment. The second caller gets a ringtone and a decision to make.

Lost: the easiest booking of the day

They call after hours

Evenings, weekends, lunch. That's when people finally get a minute to sort out the thing they've been putting off — and when nobody is there.

Lost: 40% of the week

The same five questions

Hours, price ranges, parking, do you take my insurance, are you open Saturday. Answered a hundred times a week, by the person you pay to do real work.

Lost: hours, every single day

Nobody follows up

A message gets scribbled on a pad. The callback happens two days later, or never. By then the job is booked with whoever answered first.

Lost: the whole pipeline, quietly

What Voqi actually does
while the call is live.

Not a chatbot with a voice bolted on. A receptionist that works inside the rules you set, on the systems you already use.

Picks up on the first ring

1.8 seconds, 24 hours a day, including the calls that arrive three at once. No hold music, no queue, no "please leave a message after the tone".

Books into your real calendar

Reads live availability, offers the slots you'd offer, respects buffers and service durations, then writes the appointment straight into Google Calendar, Calendly or your practice software.

Qualifies before it routes

Asks the questions that decide whether a call is a job, a tyre-kicker or an emergency — then transfers, books or takes a message according to your rules.

Confirms and reminds by SMS

Text confirmation while the caller is still on the line, a reminder before the appointment, and a rebooking prompt if they cancel. No-shows drop on their own.

Speaks your customer's language

English, Swahili, French, Spanish, Arabic and 30+ more — detected on the call, switched mid-sentence, with the accent and pace your market actually expects.

Logs every word

Full transcript, recording, outcome and caller details pushed into your CRM after every call. You finally get to see what your phone line is actually worth.

00:41 Setup · four days

Live by Friday.
Nothing else changes.

You keep your number, your calendar, your staff and your process. Voqi takes the calls those things can't get to.

1
Day 1 · 45 minutes

We listen to your calls

You walk us through a normal day on the phone — your services, prices, hours, the five questions everyone asks, what counts as urgent, and who a call should reach when it isn't for the AI.

2
Days 2–3 · we build

We train and wire your agent

Voice and greeting chosen, booking rules written, escalation paths set, calendar and CRM connected. Then we call it ourselves, dozens of times, until it handles the awkward calls as well as the easy ones.

3
Day 4 · go live

You forward your number

One setting on your phone line — forward on busy, forward after hours, or forward everything. Voqi answers what you don't. You watch the transcripts roll in and tell us what to sharpen.

01:52 Boundaries

Controlled on purpose.

Voqi is not a chatbot left to improvise on your brand. It works from the information you approve, inside the limits you set — and it says so when a call needs a human.

What Voqi handles

  • Answering inbound calls, day and night, in parallel
  • Booking, rescheduling and cancelling appointments
  • Answering questions from your approved information only
  • Qualifying enquiries and capturing caller details
  • Transferring live to a human the moment your rules say so
  • Sending confirmations and logging the call to your CRM

What it will never do

  • Claim to be human — if a caller asks, it tells them
  • Give medical, legal or financial advice
  • Handle an emergency itself — it escalates immediately
  • Take card or payment details over the phone
  • Quote a price or promise a date you haven't approved
  • Improvise an answer it doesn't have — it takes a message instead
02:10 Getting started

Tell us about your phone.
We'll tell you if this fits.

Three short steps — about a minute. We use it to work out whether Voqi is genuinely worth it for your business before either of us spends time on a call.

Step 1 of 3
About you

About you

So we know who we're replying to.

Please tell us your name.
Please tell us your business name.
Enter an email we can reply to, like you@business.com.
Optional — but it lets us hear how your line answers today.

This is the part that tells us whether Voqi will actually pay for itself.

Pick the closest match so we can send a relevant example.
A rough band is fine — "no idea" is a valid answer.
Let us know who picks up right now.
A couple of honest sentences beats a polished paragraph. Tell us a little about what's going wrong — at least a few words.

Book your 20-minute call
02:33 Before you ask

The questions everyone asks.

Will my customers know it's an AI?

Most callers don't notice — the response time is under two seconds and it interrupts, clarifies and backtracks the way a person does. But Voqi never claims to be human. If someone asks directly, it tells them it's an assistant and offers to put them through. That's a rule we don't let clients turn off.

What happens when it doesn't understand someone?

It asks again, once, in plainer words. If it still isn't sure — bad line, heavy accent, a question outside what you've approved — it stops guessing. It either transfers to your team or takes a clean message with a callback number and pushes it to you straight away. It will never invent an answer to sound competent.

Do I have to change my phone number or phone system?

No. You keep your existing number and provider. All that changes is a call-forwarding setting, and you choose when it applies: only when the line is busy, only outside hours, or on every call. You can switch it off from your phone at any time.

Which calendars and systems does it connect to?

Google Calendar, Outlook, Calendly and Cal.com out of the box, plus HubSpot, Pipedrive, GoHighLevel and Airtable for logging. Practice-management and booking software is handled case by case — bring yours to the demo and we'll tell you honestly on the call whether it connects.

My business is complicated. Can it really handle our calls?

It handles the calls that follow a pattern — bookings, availability, pricing ranges, directions, status checks, the same five questions. That's usually 70–80% of the volume. The rest gets routed to a human faster and better-prepared than a voicemail ever managed. We'd rather scope it narrow and have it work than promise everything.

How quickly can we be live?

Four working days from the kick-off call for a standard setup: one day to gather your information, two to build and test, one to go live. Multi-location or custom-integration builds take longer and we'll say so before you commit.

02:58Next step

Hear it answer your phone.

Twenty minutes. We'll look at your call volume, what you're missing and where it's going — then tell you straight whether Voqi is worth it for your business. If it isn't, we'll say so.
